A 3×3 basketball player, Dominique “Disco Domo” Jones has left his mark on the international stage, winning gold at the 2019 Pan American Games and competing in multiple FIBA 3×3 World Tour events. A former Harlem Globetrotter, he was named MVP of the 2019 FIBA 3×3 World Tour regular season. Jones played professionally in Europe and had a standout college career at Fort Hays State University, where he earned All-America honors. Off the court, he works as a development specialist in juvenile justice, helping young people reintegrate into their communities. Born in Harlem, NY, he is also a proud father to his son, Grayson.
Domo Jones is no stranger to making a statement—on and off the court. Known for his effortless ability to blend sports, family, and personal style, he embraces fashion with the same intensity he brings to the game. His collaboration with Foxylab New York is an extension of that philosophy, merging authenticity with standout design.
Jones, a Harlem native, carries the cultural pulse of his hometown in his fashion choices, favoring individuality over labels. His preference for unique pieces that spark conversation aligns perfectly with Foxylab’s experimental and art-driven aesthetic. Just like his past collaboration with Edward Acosta, where his vision was transformed into a bold yet essential piece, this new partnership with Foxylab NY promises a fresh take on wearable self-expression.
Green is my favorite color. It’s my grandmother’s last name. I love the way green looks and blends with other colors.
I have a very understanding family that understands my passions and what needs to be done to obtain my goals. So my sacrifices are theirs as well.
I’m from Harlem, I grew up and spent more than 3/4 of my life there, so I would say the culture is in me. People get dressed to come to basketball games, barbecues, movies and even just to go to corner store. It’s definitely a local lifestyle. Who doesn’t appreciate a person that can put their personal swag on an outfit.
3×3 basketball is way different. Since there’re so many games throughout the day, you don’t get dressed to go to games, buy come ready in game attire to start warm-up fast and we have 2, sometimes 3 games a day.
This time around, unfortunately, we’re not going to be at the Olympics. I’m distraught to miss out on a life long goal and opportunity. Will forever be one of biggest heartbreaks in my life. Like all life lessons – you learn from it, and I’m going to fuel that pain and defeat into many victories because that’s how I’m built.
Personal choices. You have to make a fit and make people double back and ask where you got your outfit from, instead of wearing a logo print, and seeing 70 other people having the same logo on. You give style a different personal feel, and the style makes you feel better, because you’re the one making it happen, rather than the brand.
With Edward, I just stated basic info and he made it come to life. I feel you make what you wear. It’s a feeling of confidence and authenticity your wardrobe gives. Ed made that come together for me.
