FoxyLab New York accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Try your items and if they’re not quite right, you’ve got 21 days to request an exchange or return and send them back to us. The delivery within the US and European Union is free. The returns within the US are $11. From European Union is $68.
Delivery options:
– free delivery is 5-7 business days
– express delivery is 1-2 business days for $16
For return or exchange e-mail: oxana@foxylabny.com to get your preprinted label. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise amount minus flat return fee.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.
