FOXYLAB NEW YORK
archive COLLECTIONS 2020-2024

one of a kind dresses: With a focus on upcycling concept and unchanging aesthetics of vintage clothing, we produce dresses from bottoms that we find in vintage shops and FXLB tops. As a result of combination of epochs and designs, a new style is born. Our method ensures reusing garments, and therefore helps to significantly decrease the impact on environmental pollution.

CONTROLLED CHAOS , a collaboration with  SKOTT MARSI  Specialized in graffiti art, New York-born artist Skott Marsi has introduced his first powerful work in the early teenage years. «Tag» was the artist’s own rendering of Art Clokey’s famous humanoid clay personage Gumby.  Inspirations from Picasso, Jackson Pollock and Banksy have soon evolved into what Marsi called “CONTROLLED CHAOS”.

PATTERNS & SYMBOLS , a collaboration with street artist CITY KITTY is a hybrid of fashion and street art.  The collection includes 5 basic pullovers of white, grey mélange, and black color, two of which are made of scuba, and the rest — of organic cotton. A work on the collection allowed the artist to deconstruct his expressive tropes into patterns and designs, that are adaptable to fashion. The symbolic elements of City Kitty have a slight, but recognizable psychedelic twist in their random appearance on FXLB pieces.

New drop FOxYLAB NY x Edward Acosta

A thin edge of seduction and the consumerism fetish is thoroughly blurred in Acosta’s art in the use of both light, and dark tones. Bold lines serve as a fashionable juxtaposition of a peaceful dream-like state and a vivid color, representing action and presence in the moment.
