At the crossroads of different art forms, Maison ADIVIAR catalyzes beauty and craftsmanship by bringing together architecture, jewelry, haute couture, and the art of shoemaking.

The result is unique works in the form of pumps and shoes, where each pair is designed as a “jewelry for the feet,” inviting each woman to shine for who she is with inlaid gold pieces on the shoe, gathering all the French savoir-faire.

Maison ADIVIAR catalyzes beauty and craftsmanship

Since childhood, ADIVIAR founder Mr Louaguef has been captivated by drawing, fashion, and art, drawing inspiration from the architecture and sumptuousness of Paris, particularly the Opéra Garnier.

The dazzling gilding and angelic sculptures of Charles Garnier’s work inspired him to create a brand that would allow women to literally “walk on gold,” embodying the pinnacle of dreams, luxury, and elegance.

While the brand is a tribute to his mother, a woman of extraordinary resilience who silently endured a life marked by hardship, it is also about embracing the strength of every woman, making the imagery of gold and royal treasure a little more accessible.

Just as Napoleon crowned himself and his wife by taking the crown from the Pope, ADIVIAR invites every woman to self-consecrate with gold on her feet, to imbue herself with splendor.

“For everything she has done for me and for herself, my mother deserves to have gold on her feet.” Gilding one’s foot restores nobility to what unites us to the ground, what supports the rest of our body and gives us the literal momentum to move forward.

Comfort is also a key factor in moving forward! Each pair is crafted in Italy using Italian calfskin or lambskin; each material is used for its luminescent properties and durability.

The heels are sturdy and 8.5 or 10,5 cm high. Sizes range from 35 to 42, with half sizes available. The four existing ranges all feature characteristics of French craftsmanship and haute couture: Calais lace, shoemaking, and gilding.

The latter is achieved in various forms: fleur-de-lis crest or motif, Napoleon coin, in yellow gold or German white gold. With the idea of combining techniques and arts, the goldwork is approached like that of gilding monuments: 24-carat gold leaf is applied by hand to a brass base.

Between eveningwear and everyday wear, ADIVIAR focuses on making feet chic, through shine, finesse, or gold. By celebrating the arts and beauty, by wearing Napoleon or the royal flower on your feet, it’s about rediscovering your inner richness and being proud of yourself.
